1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on splyn.in are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Orders placed after 4 PM IST are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery timelines across metro cities in India range from 2 to 4 business days. Regional and tier-2/tier-3 cities receive delivery within 4 to 7 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all orders exceeding ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing your tracking URL and AWB number to monitor live shipment status.
