1. 10-Day Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the consumable nature of performance beverages, returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 10 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must be unopened in original packaging. Please provide clear unboxing photos/videos to hello@splyn.in or WhatsApp customer care.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
